I miss gardening about this time of year and I always want to give a gift that lasts for many weeks, if not months. If this speaks to you, then I have a beautiful idea that anyone can create and keep alive! A LIVING TABLETOP GARDEN. If you don’t have the supplies, then you will want to sign up and join our WINTER FLOWER SCHOOL WORKSHOP. In the workshop, I will provide all the supplies for two lovely tabletop garden designs and teach you all the tricks and design aspects to create and maintain these beautiful gardens in your home.
If you prefer to get your hands a bit dirty and enjoy some creativity time on your own, then keep reading and watch the short video to learn the basics of LIVING TABLETOP GARDENS. You will need the following supplies before your begin:
High quality & the largest size Amaryllis Bulbs you can find
High quality & the largets size Paperwhite Bulbs you can find
Sterile potting soil from the garden store
Your favorite pot, dish, compote (anything that is at least 3 inches deep will work
Spanish moss or any other type of moss (found at most craft stores)
Activated charcoal (found at pet supply stores)
Pine boughs, cones or festive miniature ornaments for accents
